The hotel is in an excellent location, particularly for those of us who are walking the Camino Ingles to Santiago. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The best part of my stay was the customer serve. The manager, Sergio, was so kind and helpful. He went out of his way to help me locate my luggage list by Iberia Airlines. Highly recommend this hotel.

The lady at the reception was super cool, so helpful. The place is a km from the start of the Camino, and easy walk from bus station, surrounded by great food, and the room we had (rm104) was at the back of the hotel, so not a peep from the street. Basic but acceptable continental breakfast. You can get your pilgrims pass at the reception, stamped and all.

Nice place, 15 minutes walking from the start of the Camino. If you want to start the Camino Ingles and have a little bit of alone time along with comfort before you jump into the experience, it is a great place to be. The breakfast was basic , don't expect anything special. But the staff were kind and always ready to help :)

I loved this hotel. It was in a great location convenient walking distance to everything, the port, the squares, the sites to visit, the pilgrims office, groceries, etc...etc.. The staff were exceptional, extremely friendly, and welcoming; they explained everything really well, even making clear the unusual route to the upper rooms. After a couple of times, it was easy to find my way around. They had a good breakfast, or a packed lunch, maybe both, but I don't know. I had the breakfast

Breakfast was fine but nothing special. Coffee was poor but we like to have Spanish cofee on the streets so no worries.

The staff were so nice and very helpful! They started the breakfast service early for us as we were heading on the camino the next morning. The bed was really comfortable, and i liked that they had 2 different pillow options.

All around this Hotel is fenomenal ! In down down, 14" from the staion, 7" from the fish market and old town. The town its very quite on the weekends, amazing for relax, walk, be happy !! The ice-cream shop and cakes is a nice spot to relax before you go to bed. Thetes a laundry matt near Mercadona market. The hotel staff are amazing people, so friendly and ready to help

We booked this hotel for the night before starting to walk the Camino Ingles way. It was great choice as we could buy at the hotel Piligrim's passports for 4euros each. We had a map and all the nessesarry information.

Look, the room is basic, but so is the price. Comfortable bed, quiet, helpful staff and a nice simple brekky. Nothing really to complain about but I don't need much so was all good.
